EMI Gridding
Precision-patterned conductive grids shield sensitive optics and sensors from electromagnetic interference while preserving optical transmission. The two requirements pull against one another, since the same lines that block radiated energy also block light. Predictive EMI analysis resolves that balance ahead of fabrication, through metal-stack selection, grid geometry, and ultra-narrow line widths, on large and irregular surfaces as readily as flat windows.

High Temperature RF Patterning
RF-transmissive patterning engineered for radomes, nose cones, fairings, antennas and apertures, balances electromagnetic performance against the thermomechanical and environmental requirements of the system. Conformal application to ceramic and RF-transparent substrates holds pattern integrity through Mach-regime flight and temperatures up to and greater than 1,000 °C.
